Top crime prevention experts from the Hanover County Sheriff's Office and the Ashland Police Department will provide information on ways in which the business community and individuals can deter criminals during the busy holiday shopping season.
Hanover Sheriff David Hines, Dep. James McLaughlin and Ashland Chief Doug Goodman are scheduled to speak.
